This hotel perfectly suits me, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff once helped me print tickets. They also kindly switched my room for a better night's sleep. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was satisfactory, nice to have fruit, meats, breads, pastries and eggs. The location is marvellous, walk from most sightseeings, like Hlemmur, that's just next door to the hotel.
Views are dull.

Neat, newly furnished rooms, generous breakfast and amicable staff. Good beds and baggage storage, complimentary WiFi, and an electric kettle. Good and perfect location relatively close to Laugavegur. Excellent restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel😃

This place was a solid choice for a flying visit in Reykjavik with fantastic value. The airport transfer was super convenient and made everything easy. Just a heads-up, the water has a strong smell, so let it run for a bit before showering.

The night staff person being sullen.

A friendly atmosphere; all our queries were handled quickly and in an efficient and supportive manner; although we arrived very late - due to a delayed flight from London, we only reached the hotel at 3h30 am - the person on duty was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, but the centre is easily reachable on foot
there was a small hickup: by mistake they forgot to tidy up our room. I believe it was simply an oversight

Location was great being close to everything we wanted but the outlook left a little to be desired. The staff were helpful although not always smiling but nothing seemed too much for them. The room was clean although under the bed was very dusty. We had forgotten to arrange some things and the reception faxed and phoned on our behalf. We liked:- having a lift; being next door to two first class restaurants; the friendly atmosphere; the food (especially breakfast); proximity to the harbour area; reasonably quiet part of town. Altogether a teriffic time. Strongly recommend you stay if you can afford it.
Outlook wasn't that good but who cares if it's just to sleep at. Noise from the car horns at the garage next door. They beep to get out.

The family room had plenty of room. Within walking distance of the city. Next door restaurant, Harry's and Madonna down the street serve good dinner.
The pull out sofa bed was a big soft and arrangement of the spiral staircase in the family room was a bit dangerous, I was constantly worried that my 3 year old might bump into it.

Short distance to shopping. Good pickup service for rental cars, tours etc. Breakfast was fair.
All staff was very helpful, friendly and created a nice atmosphere. However, a majority of the staff gave the impression of being relatively inexperienced.

We had a great room, 214 in the front of the hotel, 120 degrees of window. Not that there is any real view. The lady at the front desk was so helpful booking trips and the staff were great, she should be singled out and commended. Breakfast buffet was very good, hotel clean, bed comfortable, couple of places to eat close by. Harry's was great value for money. Would stay there again. There is a grocery store close by and the hotel is close to the shops. The hotel rooms are more European in sytle, don't think that you going to get tonns of space. We had a double delux which was quite spacious for the two of us. We didn't need the pull out bed so used it as a sitting area.
It is about 15 - 20 minutes walk to down town, We chose the hotel for the available car parking. We found that we did not need a car so staying out of down town was our choice. As it turned ot a good choice.

Convenience to most attractions in Reykjavik. Friendly staff and cleanliness.
Room was stuffy and smelled as it only has one small window for ventilation. Breakfast was the same all 7 mornings. A change in the menu would have been welcome.
